
Rubber Band Extension
This exercise involves expanding a rubber band to strengthen the fingers and hand.
Instructions
- 1Wrap a rubber band around your fingers.
- 2Hold your hand in a relaxed position.
- 3Slowly expand the rubber band by spreading your fingers apart.
- 4Hold the stretch for a moment before relaxing.
- 5Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
Programming Recommendations
We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
